Another Night Shift. This time with our long time friend and collaborator Marcello Minale – owner of Minale Tattersfield, founder of Salty Commune and designer of  JÜST Gin. Due to pandemic situation interview happened online and pictures are from Marcello’s archive.

Night or day?

I prefer salty truths rather than corporate lies. That is what keeps me going through night and why I started the Salty Commune (co-working space in Hackney, London). There is no machinist “work-work-work” mentality to be found here and you won’t be judged if you don’t have a 24/7 “can-do” attitude.

Things you can’t work without?

Without Dance Yrself Clean from LCD soundsystem blasting from the speakers.

What starts your creative process?
