What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

And, if you are an Apple Pay user, you can check out using Apple Pay on your Safari browser through your iPhone, iPad, or desktop.

When will I receive my order?

Most items will ship within 2-5 business days. Some more elaborate items like furniture and lighting might need up to 3-4 weeks before shipping. Allow an additional 3-4 business days for delivery in EU or 10 days worldwide.

Do I have to pay customs and duties?

If you are ordering from a country outside of the EU, you (or the recipient) will be responsible for any customs and duties levied against your purchase upon import into the destination country. Our pricing and shipping charges do not include these eventual fees and we are unfortunately unable to provide estimates for you. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time. 

What if I wish to cancel my order?

If you do decide to cancel before it has been shipped, you can easily do this by writing us via the contact link below or emailing us at info@zeitgeist.limited. If your order has already been shipped we are unable to cancel your order.

How do I clean my product?

Brass

All Brass patinas are unlacquered and hand sealed with a light layer of wax. Dust gently with a duster or soft rag. Do not use brass cleaners as they will remove the patina.

Glass

For clear glass, wipe gently with a mild glass cleaner. For frosted or etched glass, dust gently with a duster or soft rag. Do not scrub frosted glass or place any glass components in the dishwasher.

Leather

For leather items dust gently with a duster or soft rag.

Porcelain

Use soft rag with diluted cleaner or dust gently with duster or soft rag. Do not scrub or place items in the dishwasher.

Wood

Dust gently with a duster or soft rag.
